Hoje a notícia é a seguinte:

Jackson Rathbone foi forçado a defender seu personagem Jasper Hale.

Muitos fãs estão preocupados porque o Jasper em Lua Nova vai ser inconsistente com o Jasper de Crepúsculo.
Tudo se deve ao fato de que Jasper dançou ao redor da fogueira enquanto Bella estava sangrando pesadamente em Twilight, mas em New Moon ele ataca Bella por causa de um pequeno corte feito por papel.
Jackson disse ao The Examiner: “É tudo como o velho ditado, ‘Localização, localização, localização’” ou seja, tudo depende do contexto.
Uma vez que você nota que um vampiro possui imensos impulsos animalísticos, você percebe que cada coisinha é mais intensa.
“O cheiro de uma fogueira queimando um vampiro, a adrenalina por tê-lo matado, e a exaustão da perseguição, basicamente, em termos de olfato, a diferença é entre um estúdio de dança repleto dos cheiros do fogo e da violência, e oposto a isso a sala de estar da família Cullen, que está repleta do cheiro de um bolo de aniversário. Não há inconsistência, não se preocupem”.

Today's news is:

Jackson Rathbone has been forced to defend his character Jasper Hale.

Many fans are worried that the Jasper in New Moon will be inconsistent with the Jasper from Twilight. 

It all boils down to the fact that Jasper danced around the fire while Bella was bleeding heavily in Twilight but in New Moon he goes to attack Bella when she has a little papercut.

Jackson told The Examiner: "It's all in the old saying, 'Location, location, location.' Once you realize the immense animalistic impulses a vampire has, you realize... every little thing is more intense.

"The smell from a vampire-burning bonfire, the adrenaline from the kill, and the exhaustion from the chase, basically, in terms of scent, the difference is between a dance studio filled with smells (of) burning and violence, as opposed to the Cullen Family living room, which is filled with the smell of birthday cake.

"There is no inconsistency, don't worry."
